Steady Physical Therapy & Performance works with active adults navigating both acute injury and ongoing limitations in movement or performance. Care is designed to go beyond symptom relief—addressing the underlying factors that impact how your body moves, adapts, and performs over time.
We treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and foot/ankle pain, as well as tendon-related injuries, post-operative recovery, and recurring issues that have not fully resolved with prior care.
Many clients seek out Steady for overuse injuries related to running, strength training, and sport, or when they feel “stuck” despite previous rehabilitation. Others come with the goal of improving movement efficiency, building strength, and returning to activity with greater confidence.
With a background in sports and performance, care also extends to higher-level demands—including running, lifting, yoga, and dance—where precision, control, and load management are essential.
