Dr. Susie Lunardi, PT, DPT, CSCS 

Picture
Susie is a sports physical therapist specializing in strength-based rehabilitation and performance for active adults. She focuses on refining movement patterns to improve mobility, stability, strength, and power—helping clients move efficiently and perform at a higher level.
Her approach is individualized and built around how the body functions as a system. She integrates breathwork, restorative care, and performance-based training to reduce pain, reduce overuse injuries, & build long-term resilience.

Experience & Credentials

Susie has worked with a range of professional athletes, including NYC Ballet and Broadway performers, members of the USA and Israeli Olympic teams, and athletes across the NFL, NBA, WNBA, NHL, MLB, and USATF, as well as elite marathoners. She has also supported collegiate and high school athletes in both clinical and field settings.
She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. Additional certifications and training include strength & conditioning (CSCS), dance & sports performance (XPS, RKC, DSPCC), manual therapy (ART, FRC, IPA-FM, RockTape [K-Tape], RockPods [cupping]), nutrition (PN1, FNS), running analysis (RRCA, RunDNA), and yoga (RYT200).
